How is EMShape® Neo Elite different from regular EMS Sculpt machines?

While both technologies use EMS to stimulate muscle contractions, EMShape® Neo Elite (also called EMS Sculpt Neo) takes it a step further by combining RF heat with EMS.

• EMS Sculpt: Primarily builds muscle

• EMShape® Neo Elite: Builds muscle and reduces fat

Is the treatment safe?

Yes! EMShape® Neo Elite is FDA-cleared, non-surgical, and safe for most healthy individuals. It’s pain-free and requires no anesthesia or recovery time.

How long is each session?

Each session typically lasts 30 minutes per area. If you're treating more than one area (like abs and glutes), the time will be extended accordingly.

When will I see results?

You may begin to feel changes like increased muscle tightness after your first session. Visible results typically appear after 3–4 sessions, with full results becoming noticeable 2–4 weeks after your final session.

Does it hurt?

Not at all. Most clients describe the sensation as intense but comfortable muscle contractions, paired with a warm feeling from the RF heat. There’s no pain, no needles, and no downtime.

Do you offer a consultation before booking a full session?

Yes! We offer a 15-minute consultation demo so you can experience how the EMShape® Neo Elite works and ask any questions before committing to a full session. It’s a great way to see if the treatment is right for you and your body goals.

How many sessions do I need?

Most clients see optimal results after 4 to 6 sessions, with 2 sessions per week recommended. Maintenance sessions can be scheduled monthly depending on your goals.

What areas can be treated?

EMShape® Neo Elite is safe and effective for treating:

• Abdomen

• Glutes

• Thighs

• Arms

• Love handles/flanks

• Inner thighs

Can I combine treatment areas in one session?

Yes, you can combine multiple areas in a single session! Each treatment area is $99 per session, and areas are treated one at a time (30 minutes per area). For example, if you’d like to treat both your abdomen and glutes, that session would be $198 and take about 1 hour total.

We recommend starting with one or two areas per session to ensure optimal results and comfort.

Can I do this if I already work out?

Absolutely! This treatment is a great complement to your fitness routine—but not a replacement for it. EMShape® Neo Elite is designed to enhance muscle definition, increase strength, and reduce stubborn fat in areas that may be resistant to traditional workouts.

Do I need to prepare before a session?

No special prep is needed. Just:

• Stay hydrated

• Avoid wearing metal jewelry

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing

You’ll remain fully clothed during the session.

Who is not a candidate for this treatment?

You may not be eligible if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

• Have implanted medical devices (like pacemakers or metal rods)

• Have active infections or open wounds in the treatment area

A brief consultation will ensure it’s safe for you.

Do you offer packages or payment plans?

Do I need to follow a workout or diet plan during treatment?

While not required, maintaining a healthy lifestyle will enhance your results. Regular exercise and balanced nutrition will support fat reduction and muscle toning. Staying hydrated is especially important during your treatment cycle.
